Hands down the best service I've had in the US. I only expect service like this in Europe….so good. It allowed me to enjoy my stay twice as much. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the room and they went above and beyond to correct. This was my first time in Knoxville and I'm excited to go back and will definitely be staying here again.

We've had a mixed experience at the hotel. Valet & check-in we were handled quickly & professionally. On first look our room was spacious, comfortable looking & lovely. We were rushed to get ready for a reservation & found there were some cleaning & maintenance issues. It appeared the bathroom cleaning was incomplete and lacking. There were beads that must have broken from jewelry or clothing on the bathroom floor & on closer look I don't think the floor had been washed. The shower may have been wiped down but there were black debris specs all over in there as if the cleaning rag was very soiled when used. The bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, it's very slow. There was only one bath towel & only one drinking glass provided. The cleaner must have been very rushed. I complained & someone cleaned the bath while we were out & left us more towels. Things happen, especially around the holidays, but I don't like checking in & finding such problems, especially with cleanliness.

Disappointed this time. Not consistent cleaning room even when requested, elevator and common spaces not very clean, room service at night not happy to help even when not closing for 45 minutes and said out of most items. Hard to get them to answer the phone to order. Some staff so nice especially man in the bow tie! Great location.
