We went here at dusk on a weekend. What I liked about this mangrove ecopark are: (1) a reception building, (2) the walkways are laid out as a circuit, (3) several gazebos and two toilet buildings are located along the circuit, and (4) three dining huts, although there wasn't a cook when we visited.
I would suggest though that they build a place where visitors can learn more about mangroves through informational panels, videos, or lectures.
A mangrove nursery would also be nice. This can be used not only for the site but for other mangrove sites as well.
