My family and I had such a refreshing and memorable stay at Paraiso del Bacnotan Resort. The cottages are beautifully designed—inviting, well-kept, and comfortable.
Our toddler absolutely loved walking and running around on the soft grass, which made the place feel even more family-friendly.
The overall aesthetic of the resort is impressive—clean, cohesive, and thoughtfully put together.
We appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay.

I stayed at Paraiso del Bacnotan during my friend’s debut, and overall, the experience was wonderful. I would rate the resort five stars for its beautiful ambiance and the cleanliness of the cabins, which really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The staff, including the manager, were very welcoming and hands-on throughout the event, which we truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the staff member who assisted us during check-out. Unfortunately, I would rate her service one star due to her attitude. She did not smile and made an inappropriate remark in front of us, saying “worst na nag check in” because of a stained towel.
This situation could have been handled more professionally and calmly if it was communicated in a nicer and more respectful manner. I hope this concern will be addressed properly and that the staff member involved will be given guidance or disciplinary action so she can reflect and improve her approach to guests in the future.
Despite this incident, Paraiso del Bacnotan remains a lovely place, and I hope to see continued improvements in customer service.
