Joined the Gym here the facilities are good the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the pool is great for young and older people. The hotel appears to be a welcoming and has plenty of areas to relax. The only thing that could be imprived is the temperature in the changing room as the air con appears to be on at a chilly temperature when it should be warmer other than this the gym and pool area is really good. Plenty of parking and close to town centre and easily assessable for the M54.

Modern vibes all throughout building. Service was great and room was clean. I'll need to try the spa and gym next time I'm here!
One thing to note is my request for a wake up alarm at 0630 wasn't met. It was fine, because I had my own alarm, but I did request this service too.

Great location. Rooms are a decent size and usually quite clean. Friendly and personable staff. Good size gym with everything you need. Sauna, steam room, pool are great (when they are not broken). Food is very low quality and extremely expensive. Breakfast is okay. Excellent loyalty program through Radisson.
