As a vegan/vegetarian couple, finding a Philadelphia wedding caterer who could provide a meatless menu that was still exciting, filling, and delicious for all of our guests was absolutely essential. Peachtree stood out immediately with their broad range of vegan and vegetarian wedding catering options, and the food and drink on the day of our celebration were outstanding—guests are still telling us how much they loved it.

The Peachtree staff were equally exceptional. Our lead coordinator, Grace, guided us through planning with professionalism and creativity. She helped us design not only the menu but also the look and feel of our reception, suggesting eggplant purple tablecloths and marigold napkins in place of the all-white linens we had originally chosen. Her eye for detail and open communication made us feel completely at ease.

On the wedding day, Ashley was our dignitary attendant, and she was incredible. She anticipated our needs, solved problems on the spot (even hanging signage creatively), and cared for us and our wedding parties like we were family. Lisa, our onsite coordinator, ensured the day ran flawlessly. Every detail was executed exactly as planned, and the event flowed seamlessly from start to finish.

Peachtree Catering is the perfect catering and rental service for any wedding, rehearsal dinner and brunch! Working alongside Grace, Dan & Ashley, we had a phenomenal experience crafting a menu that wasn’t simply delicious (and it most certainly was), but one that meticulously told the story of the bride and grooms lives through their cultural backgrounds, past homes and travels. All of our guests remarked how their food and alcoholic mixed drinks was the best that they ever had at a wedding, rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch. Peachtree’s service was also distinctively gracious and hospitable. A key highlight from our perspective was the doting nature of Ashley to ensure the bride and groom ate during the whirlwind of the wedding. We also note how accommodating Peachtree was towards our guests varied dietary restrictions as well. An extra benefit of Peachtree is that they have extensive experience in event planning, which was critical for our backyard farm wedding in terms of building a venue with “American Revolution Hobbit Hole vibes”. Grace and her team worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, our florist and other rental teams to design the perfect wedding! In our opinion there is no other caterer you should chose for your wedding in the SEPA area than Peachtree and we look forward to having them cater future events for our family.

If you are looking to have an incredible wedding and not worry about a thing the day of – then go with Peachtree Catering.

First thing- my now husband and I enjoy food throughly and wanted to make sure that we had good quality meals at our wedding. We were confident we made the right choice when we saw their menu and knew we had nothing to worry about when we went to the official tasting. The food is absolutely delicious! Their cocktails are seasonal and fun and they have a wide range of cuisine options to choose from.

Now onto the service. We had a venue coordinator as our venue came with Peachtree and Stephanie is the absolute BEST! She was fun and easy going and made the whole planning process smooth and easy. She checked in with us every few months and had floor plans and table block templates that we could customize to our liking.

Now onto the day of- Stephanie wrangled all of our rowdy bridal party efficiently and made sure that we were on time for our ceremony. I thought I would be only speaking to her on the day of, but then I met Mye! While Stephanie handled the bridal party and the event, Mye was there to make sure that my groom and I were content at all times. She asked us early on what kind of cocktail we wanted after the ceremony and literally right as we walked out there was Mye! She was the first person to congratulate us as husband and wife and greeted us with our pre-chosen cocktail. She made sure we got to actually EAT the food we were so excited about and made special bridal plates for me and my groom so we never needed to go to the bar or ask an attendant for something.

The overall service was top notch and my now husband and I still talk about how amazing everything was. If you are looking for incredible food, top notch service and an overall great experience, book Peachtree immediately!
