Stopped at several different dealers before finally heading out to Coaldale on a whim. Service was excellent from first contact when we walked in the door. Our sales person Amanda was top notch. Asked questions up front and listened to our needs. Showed us trailers in our price range which was nice. The other dealerships all tried showing us things that were just too expensive. The financing department worked hard to get us a great rate and remained transparent throughout. Even answered all of my questions in quick time as we went through the whole process. All hands on deck for our pick up day as we were walked through our new trailer, helped to install the hitch and hook up. Made sure we understood everything as it happened. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to the amazing staff.

This is a great spot to have any RV work done. The staff here are all great. From the front desk to the mechanical workers, everyone we interacted with was on the ball. They even replaced AC units for models they don't sell without issue.
I found their pricing to be very fair and they were accommodating with service dates.
These folks will be my go-to for any work I need done on my Grand Design.
