This is one of the beautiful Provincial Capitol we have ever been to. The interior is newly renovated. The people in the information area are very helpful. They will readily help you if you ask for help.

The comfort room on the ground floor, however, needs a little improvement. There is no stall available for perdons with disability (PWDs). The stalls & aisle to the stalls space are tight.

The decorations on the walls are very colorful, big paintings that brighten up the walls. The staircase are made of wood giving it an old world charm. Overall, the atmosphere is bright.
