It was so refreshing to see smiles again as I walked around and took a look at the spacious new Publix. They have a wonderful sit down area which is such a great amenity. The Isles are wider the Deli is so much more better designed. Theres still a few things I would have done differently as for making it easier if I was the designer. But I'm very impressed with the positive attitudes which can be seen through the expressions happily eminating from employees and customers eyes. The whole atmosphere is so much more enjoyable which makes the tension for shoppers less burdensome. Thank you for bringing back the pleasure in shopping to Publix.

Outstanding customer service at the Deli with Tracey, Ms. Jeanette, Alexandria and the rest of the team. Tracy made the best sandwich. They were so friendly and professional and it was such a pleasure to work with such kind folks. It really made my day and I will definitely be a lifetime customer now. Jeanette the manager wes so smart and kind.. wow what an amazing team and manager. Also, Ben the butcher cut 20lbs of meat for beef jerky. He was so helpful, friendly and such a good butcher. He cut the other meat and thats why we came back. Outstanding job to everyone!

Smiles mean the world to me and let me tell you how awesome it was to see so many smiles today from all the Publix employees and shopping guests whom have plenty of room in the sparkling clean and well kept Publix at Harbor Place. The Company truly did a great job with the spacing witb vwry few if any changes that i would have suggested. I also would like to congradulafe the Asssistant Store Manager for his great positive and kind attitude. It shows, that he takes great pride in his store and in his employees and even more so with his customers and guests. They did a fantastic job with their staffing and I coukdnt be more proud of a company whom I have the highest respect for!.
