Their customer service is truly top-notch, and their entire team (Kacee and Toni) made our transition from our previous office unbelievably smooth. Every question was answered quickly, every concern was handled professionally, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed from day one.
Moving offices can be stressful, but the staff here made the process feel effortless. We genuinely appreciate their support, friendliness, and willingness to help at every step. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional, well-run office space with exceptional service!

I want to give a special THANK YOU to Ms. Toin and Ms.Kacey for their outstanding professionalism and support. They consistently go above and beyond to help, and I am truly grateful for all their hard work. Every interaction with them has been positive, efficient, and respectful. They are a big part of why my experience at Regus has been great.
Unlike Sandy, I have reached out several times to the lady regarding a billing, question and unfortunately, my experience was not the same. She was dismissive and unprofessional when addressing my concerns, which was disappointing.
Still, I want to highlight that Ms.Toin and Ms. Kacey’s excellent customer service truly stands out, and they deserve to be recognized for their dedication and the supportive environment they create.

Our office rents from Regis in Arlington – Ballpark Way. The experience has been consistently excellent. Their staff, Kaycee and Toni, are always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any questions, needs, or concerns.
