The mall continues to live up to the high standards associated with the Robinsons brand. During the busy Christmas week, the hustle and bustle were evident, yet the customer service stood out as exceptional. I was particularly impressed with how effortlessly I was able to exchange a defective item—it was completely hassle-free. This level of efficiency and professionalism is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. Robinsons Place Valencia may be aging, but its dedication to quality service keeps it a top choice for shopping and leisure.

So surreal to find a brand new mall in the middle of farm lands and mountains as a backdrop. The three storey mall sprawls playfully with planter cows grazing in its spacious interior. It has a good choice of trendy boutiques, gadget stores and cinemas. It has a food court, grocery, department, hardware and appliance store…amazing!

The only full-service mall in Bukidnon. The mall is spotless, from restrooms to common areas, and it's clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Parking is spacious and fairly smooth with plenty of slots available (9/10), though it can get a bit tight during peak hours. The arrangement of shops, especially food outlets, feels a bit scattered — with restaurants and food stalls placed at the entrance, some on the ground floor, few on the 2nd floor and others way up on the third floor. It would be more convenient if dining areas were more centralized. Looking forward to seeing how it grows even more in the future!
