Today January 16th, 2026. I took a trip to Round 1 Bowling and Arcade in Lakewood Center Mall in Lakewood, California for opening hours. I forget to get the supervisor or managers name this morning. He was wearing a black shirt with a tie. Really helpful young man. He was super nice, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. Today he was super helpful especially since he seen me struggling for this Hatsune Miku Trio-Try-iT Figure. He noticed that the claw strength was needing to be adjusted since he asked how long I was trying to get this figure. I said 200 credits. He adjusted the claw strength, played a few rounds in demo mode to test it out and gave me 6 free plays after he was finished to finally giving me a chance to win this figure I was going for all along. I love Round 1 Arcade and Bowling and this customer service is a 10 out of 10. Thank You Again!!!!

I has so much fun, I did the 55$ and free cup deal and played lots of game and won two claw machine games. Karaoke was fun, big room and only had two mics. Kind workers too! My friends and I loved it here

We came on Christmas Day and were so happy to find out that Round1 Bowling & Arcade at Lakewood Center Mall is open 365 days a year, including holidays — that’s awesome! 🎄✨

As always, the place was spacious, lively, and full of fun. Tons of arcade games, bowling lanes, claw machines, and rhythm games to enjoy. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized and clean.

Such a perfect spot to hang out with friends or family, even on holidays. Highly recommend when you’re looking for fun any day of the year! 🎳🕹️
