My sister and I just checked in at this hotel last November 23, 2025. Upon checking in, the staff was accommodating. We requested for a room with windows but gave us otherwise. We planned to stay there for 2 nights only so we didn't request for clean-up. The following day, we were gone the whole day to attend a birthday party. When we returned to the hotel, my sister and I got surprised because our room was clean, with new beddings, clean bathroom and so on. We didnt request the front desk to have our room cleaned. We checked our belongings if something is missing. I noticed that my luggage was half open ang my small bottle of perfume was missing. When I reported the incident to the front desk, they called the cleaner guy assuring the whole staff that I will not create a scene. When the boy was confronted, he was very silent. I don't know if the management has done something, since we already checked out early morning of November 25, 2025.

Cons: Stayed 2nights. very outdated rooms.I got bedbug bites everymorning(most likely from their bed),since I haven’t gotten bedbug bites from other places I stayed at. Tried reaching out, customer service number but cannot be reached and they don’t even bother to reply my email.

Pros: easy access to get to places, breakfast service was good, room service massage was good
