Took a tour, nice friendly staff and beautifully new apt for a great price. Best of all no additional fees. They were up front and honest about their prices.

I stopped by on a whim, Met the Manager. She was very informative and made me feel completely at ease. Toured the complex. Very quiet considering right near the Trax Line. Great amenities. Looking forward to my move in date 🙂

I am completely disappointed with this residence. My vehicle was broken into inside the building’s parking lot because the security gate had been broken for over a week, and management did absolutely nothing to fix it. I wasn’t the only one—several residents’ cars were also hit the same night.
What’s most alarming is the total lack of accountability from management. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken and no clear answers have been given. They’ve shown a serious level of negligence regarding resident safety, putting our property and peace of mind at risk.
I can’t wait to move out, and I would not recommend anyone to live here. If you value your safety and belongings, look elsewhere. Your security can be compromised here and no one will take responsibility.
