Highly recommend visiting the Samuel Adams Brewery and taking a tour with Brendon. My husband and I really enjoyed learning about the brewery and what sets it apart from larger beer companies. One of the most interesting things we learned was how often they create new and unique beers, so there’s always something different to try.
We upgraded to the additional tasting option and it was absolutely worth it, a great way to try a new flavor that the brewery had.
The next day, we also visited the Samuel Adams location at Quincy Market, which was a great experience as well.

We did the Signature Tour and loved it. Good price… great tour guide… what's not to like. We got to sample three different beers, plus we paid a little extra to have bonus R&D beer. My wife and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed being given the opportunity to chat to the group and ask questions. Nice shop and amazing bar as well. Bonus of getting a free tasting glass, too. Recommended.

The Samuel Adams Brewery Tour in Boston is an absolute must-do. From start to finish, the experience is fun, informative, and incredibly well run. The guides are knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the history of Samuel Adams and the art of brewing, which makes the tour both educational and entertaining.
Walking through the brewery and learning how the beer is made gives you a real appreciation for the craft behind every pour. The tasting at the end is the perfect highlight—generous samples, great variety, and plenty of insight into what makes each beer unique.
Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or just looking for a classic Boston experience, this tour delivers. It’s well organized, welcoming, and leaves you with a deeper appreciation for one of America’s most iconic breweries. Highly recommended.
If you want a shorter version or something more casual and fun, I can do that too.
