I had a really good experience at the Sandman Hotel Grande Prairie. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but what stood out most was the front desk service. Rochelle was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, she made check-in quick and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
Because of Rochelle excellent service, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Absolutely great staff and facilities. Perfect location which is near everything you need in town. Mariia went above and beyond after I lost my phone and was having it shipped to the hotel. She waiting for the package for me and brought it to me in Dennys. I didn't even have a room booked at that time but after the great service I decided to switch to the Sandman for the remainder of my trip. Great hot tub and comfortable and modern rooms. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

Great hotel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice location close to restaurants. Pet- and kid-friendly, which was important for us. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Would recommend👍🏻
