The hotel manager wasn't patient to solve the problem and speaks a hardly understandable english. I was simply asking how can i close all the lights inside the bedroom bc I wasn't able to find the switches. All i hear is just window *";'?'(&(&+&(_! (I can't hear the location and direction ?_??)
and the call is ended so quickly.
The room is comfortable and everything is good. Hygiene wasn't as bad as the comments but the service was really bad for me.

The location was convenient. I had the choice to walk, take the subway, or the streetcar depending on my mood or the weather. My room had a nice view and good soundproofing. It was also big enough for me. Others might find the building and some facilities dated, but everything was obviously well-maintained.

The hotel is very nice. We got a room upgrade which was awesome. Our room was very large. It is near a park and subway station. The beds were very comfortable
