A well-maintained decent hotel. The service is incredible. Staff helped us to take the luggage at the main entrance immediately. Also, a lovely staff 古村 accompanied us to our room and introduced the facilities and service to us clearly. Moreover, she helped us to reserve the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Appreciated for her hospitality, we enjoyed our trip in Sappora very much.

Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a little claustrophobic. I can reach the ceiling without difficulty.
Perfect location! Get out, turn left and you're at Nakajima Park! The train station is less than 50 steps away from the hotel.
You can choose a buffet breakfast or the traditional Japanese set food meal.
Bonus: if you opt not to clean your room, they will give free beers!
Cons: you can smell the cigarette smell from the other room.

Recommend to pay extra for the garden view. We stayed there for two nights in Oct 2025, and managed to catch the autumn leaves. The staff were friendly. Do note that the aircon heating is centrally controlled, so we found that it got too warm sometimes. Initially, we had to ask the staff to unlock the main window so that we could let the cold air in to cool the room.
