I look forward to the water workouts that are available Monday to Friday at convenient times- not too early and not too late. Various instructors offer excellent cardio and strengthening aquatic exercises and you can adapt your workout to your own tolerance level. Fun times with pumpin music to keep you going. Great people. Locker room area is clean and even when it is crowded after sessions, everyone is considerate and friendly.
