Had our post meeting dinner at sarsa. And it was lovely, glad that they were able to accomodate us since we are a group of 10 pax and usually sarsa is packed talaga.

We ordered a lot. The beef empanada, the savory piaya,chicken inasal, bistek tagalog, sisig, pancit luglog, pancit negra, sizzling kansi, kare kare, chicken isol, kaldereta, pork bbq.

What i enjoyed the most was the kare kare, the garlic rice, the savory piaya, kansi. Especially the kare kare, maybe biased but if you dont make it properly its gonna be a miss.

Had a cocktail as well kundiman ata yon, which is nice, just wanted a drink since it was a heck of a day. Also ordered tanglad ice tea which is so refreshing! Nice way to end that dinner.

Closed our meal by sharing the leche flan, turon and the slated caramel latik piaya. Which is okay naman, nice twist especially on the piaya. Glad they used real coconut milk.

I had an amazing dining experience at Sarsá Kitchen + Bar! The food was absolutely outstanding, especially their authentic Negrense dishes packed with bold, rich flavors. Great food! Been years since we last ate at Sarsa. Always a great recommendation. Innovation of food is always on point. We loved all we ordered. Pampano was an easy choice and tasted so good! The crab tortang talong is so delicious! The pinakbet rice surprised us — it wasn’t too salty, actually perfect on its own already! Keep it up, Sarsa tram!
