Roger and his Paella was a biggest hit for our weekend birthday event. 3 different paellas prepared on site for 65 guests. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
Roger is wonderful to work with professional and a true paella chef.
Love the fact that he brought us dinner to sample our choices before we ordered for our event.

They were so accommodating and attentive to every detail — even going above and beyond to make sure our guests’ dietary restrictions were taken care of. Everything was perfectly timed, beautifully executed, and they worked so well with our venue and coordinator to make the day run seamlessly.
Our guests were so impressed — not only with how stunning everything looked, but they also left our guests happy and full! It truly made the celebration feel complete.

WOW the paella was the centerpiece of the party. Roger could not have been kinder, more helpful and knowledgeable! He really knows about Spanish food and cares deeply about his work. I would absolutely suggest booking for your party— delicious, easy and a major hit.
