We plan to have a trip from 8/30-9/1, but I forget to reserve 8/30-31. Due to we go out side after store luggage, and get back late.They can not contact me directly. While we get back at 9p.m and it really getting nervous to know we did not reserve room. Thanks 斎藤 san give us many help, he is really kind and nice, give us many power and let us feel better . If next time we visit sendai again, we will choose here again, it really good and service is really nice.

First time in Sendai, easy access by car and located in a beautiful out-squirt area close to an outlet and mall.
Every guest was treated like a VIP. We’ve got a good deal for nice room and upgraded for less than ¥15.000 to a corner suite, totally worth it! Delicious Buffet breakfast included, served at the garden terrace.
