We found the Sky Bistro Lounge by chance. It is located downtown in walking distance to the hotel we stayed at. The music was good and added to the vibe. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The real question is how was the food?
Let me say that the mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery. Silky the moment they hit your mouth. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, not soggy or weak. If you like fried fish, you will not be disappointed with the flounder! The ribs were tender and left us feeling full and satisfied! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Why nobody been told me about this place. Let me start with them salmon bites I don’t know who was back there cooking but them bites was biting, the wings were good not too big and fried perfectly, the steak bites were cooked perfectly but too much seasoning for me but my wife loved them. That seafood combo dinner was outstanding except the crab cakes were too salty for me, I was full after eating 3 of them large shrimp that were cooked perfectly not too much breading and it stayed on the shrimp, I took one bite out of that fried lobster tail and the ittus kicked in. Oh and the lamb chops were on point. My wife said her salmon was bussin as well. The waitress didn’t miss a beat when it came to serving us. You definitely get your money’s worth on anything that you order. Tell the chef or chefs not to change anything except a little less salt. Let me not forget about security they were doing there jobs. Best lounge in Columbia that I know about, we will definitely go back. My wife has the other pictures

I went during the day for a late lunch. The music was a little loud for me, but I am getting older 🤣
Other than that EVERYTHING was on point. The server was professional, kind, and attentive. The food and drinks were great and I will return.
My meal: Lamb chops, Mac and cheesecake, asparagus, & a tequila mule
