I hosted a workshop with wild organic ink making at St Barnabas church hall with Borderlands arts.
It's a lovely old hall, with a very interesting interior. A lovely cool place for a hot summer's day! We had a lovely assortment of treats for coffee break! Everyone was really friendly and so creative. We made lots of art with homemade charcoal and organic pigments to make beautiful artwork. The artwork will be photographed and selected for a cookbook that works so well with the community kitchen and bookstore.
If you are passing by take some time to visit the community grocery, church or the hall. The next workshop in July promises to be as good as this one. I'll post pictures and photographs of the beautiful flowers in the grounds, the grocery and the hall too!
