    Had a great stay here!

The location was super convenient, as you know, and the staff were really attentive and courteous. Our premier room had good lighting and air conditioning, with all the essentials, including a TV, mini fridge, a refillable jug, and a nice bathroom with an overhead hot shower. The beds were comfy, too.

They give rate discounts to local seniors. They also offered breakfast, but we didn’t try it, plus airport and downtown transfers for PHP 150 and PHP 250 each, respectively. You can also request to store your stuff before and after your stay. Nice perks.

The only downside was the pool—it had some debris and was a bit dirty after Typhoon Uwan. Outside, the hotel appears a bit dated, and it became noisy around 5 AM due to delivery trucks, particularly if you’re in the non-soundproofed rooms near the mall, as we were.

Overall, the spacious, clean room and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable!

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, you’ll have a better experience somewhere cheaper.

I’ve not been impressed with my stay so far. When we arrived there were no towels in our room. I called the front desk and finally after 15 minutes a man brings two towels of questionable cleanliness, no had towels, no towel for the floor.

So far during our stay a floor towel has only been provided once.

If you stay during a weekend there is no parking near the hotel. The mall will be busy and the parking lot full as they have nobody checking to make sure that only guests are using the hotel lot.

It doesn’t matter what temperature the AC is set to, it blows what it wants, you can only adjust the fan speed or turn it off.

Windows have no sound proofing, even though they say they do on Agoda, so you’ll be up as soon as the mall starts accepting deliveries.
