This was my first time visiting a library in Swindon and I became a member recently. From the moment I stepped inside I was made to feel so welcome by the staff. A particular thanks to Laura who helped me so much with some printing and photocopying had to do. So easy to pay with card or cash. There is a member of staff on every level so help is available if you ever need it. The facilities are fantastic and I will definitely be back again perhaps to borrow some books or just to study next time. A wonderful place with really friendly and helpful staff.

The Staff? 10/10. The Place? 10/10. It's Books! The Books themselves….read and rate. The Experience? Need higher than a 10. So 20/10. I am directionally challenged. It took me a while to find bearings. I should've just read a book about compasses. Overall experience? Outstanding!🇬🇧

Ducked into the library to get away from the heavy rain,what a gem, staff are really friendly,there is free internet for everyone ( using to our own devices)
