I had to go to the city hall office to get the birth certificate of my baby. I was expecting a hectic procedure however, the staffs were very helpful and supportive. They guide you through the whole procedure till you receive your certificate.
The place itself is crowded but the work was being done smoothly and quickly.

Since I am indigent because i am pwd. I visited Taguig City Hall. I was surprised by the difference of the experience i've had with this agency compared to the previous years when i only visited the place for some certificates or papers needed in work and life.

This is the City Hall of Taguig accessible via Levi Mariano St., beside Puregold Brgy. Tuktukan.

The parking area for clients is difficult, which you may park somewhere either in Puregold or Vista Mall, which are pay parking area.

At the entrance, you can first find the Civil Registry Office. Going to the back of the City compound has Gender and Development Office and Medical Assistance Office.

While the compound is slightly big, expect some busiest working hours as the clients got into the longer queues.

Land bank and Veterans Bank ATMs are available.
