We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Soaked! Waterpark was a major highlight and a big reason why families choose this hotel over others. Our room was a bit far from the lobby, but it was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs.

The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in and late check-out.

We also loved the gym and the on-site restaurant, Dish, which offers delicious food, fantastic service, and free meals for children under 10.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return.

Every one of the staff members that I interacted with during my stay were very professional and friendly: in the lounge, restaurant, and front desk. The supper and breakfast I ordered were both tasty, and my room was clean and "polished". The gym is a pleasure to use, it has a decent selection of fitness equipment, it is well maintained and has lots of natural light. The one downside to my stay, which is not an issue with hotel itself, is that the King Suite that I stayed in was on level 1 which is a high traffic area, so next time I'll ask for the suite on floor 2 to hopefully minimize the amount of hallway noise I hear in the room.

Staff were very, very good. The pool complex was ideal for our age group of kids and the hot tub was well enjoyed by all. Great time was had by all. Our room was very large with 2 queen beds. Minor suggestion would be to add a sofa or even a small table with 2 chairs in the room, but other than that, housekeeping was great! Oh and we highly highly recommend the in house restaurant – Dish! Food was superb, service was at a very high standard and kids under 10 ate free, pleasant surprise!
