Love this place and we'll definitely be back for more steak! We ordered two of the butter steak combos and it was so worth it. Make a reservation if you ever can.

Steak Frites DC is baaaaaaackkk! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 The whole concept is amazing and the cut of steak in their delicious Cafe de Paris butter is indeed top tier! Please try the Chai Latte Martini. I love all of their drinks, but that one right there has a special place in my heart. Lol! Everything is delicious & the service & atmosphere are top tier. Their chalets are so beautifully designed & they are really welcoming & comfy.

Stable is a family favorite! Every course they serve, we love! This time, we did their New Years Day brunch & everything was absolutely divine per usual. I got the Two Eggs Any Style w/ the perfectly crunchy & flavorful Potato Rösti, Nürnberger Sausage & a Butter Croissant. My husband got their Bratswurst Rösti & we shared the Cafè Complet, which is a delicious charcuterie spread that consists of Italian Speck (my fav!!!), Air Dried Beef, Landjäger Tête de Moine, Weekly Cheese Pick, Wurzel Bread, Butter and Jam. Oh, and can't forget the silky, soothing hot chocolate with extra smooth creamy (housemade, btw) whipped cream that I dipped my crossiant in. You gotta do yourself a favor & try the Schoggi Twist with their Toblerone Berliner that just melts in your mouth.

Stable DC is a standout spot with seriously impressive food. Every dish is full of bold, comforting flavors, and you can tell there’s real skill behind the cooking. The textures, seasoning, and presentation all hit the mark. The vibe is warm and relaxed, and the staff was friendly and on point throughout the meal. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back just to explore more of the menu. I’d definitely return.
