Absolutely great gym. The price is just right for the experience and if you want discounts they have some student and women discounts depending on the day and time you enter the gym. You can also get multiple passes or monthly memberships for a cheaper price.
Staff are always warm and accommodating. My brother sprained his ankle once after a fall and the staff were quick to provide first aid and some tips in dealing with his sprain.
They have a good mix of doable and challenging problems which are regularly changed so there’s always something new to try. They also have a small but well-equipped training area, a kilter board, and various hang boards.
Bhive also has quite a few lockers where you can store your belongings while climbing. They have clean, well-stocked restrooms and showers (that always have tissue paper and hand soap!!).
There’s also a bistro for some drinks and snacks to refuel while climbing!

I just had a very serious accident and I want to give a shoutout to the staff at Bhive, especially Jaime. (I hope I got his name right) He gave me first aid when it happened and helped calm me down. They acted really fast because they immediately called an ambulance so I could get to the ER quickly. I’m not fully recovered yet since I just had surgery, but once I’m better I’ll visit them. Thank you so much to the whole team working there.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

The Bouldering Hive in Makati is an excellent place for beginners who want to try climbing in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. The staff are welcoming and attentive, always ready to explain the basics, offer tips, or help you feel comfortable on the wall. The route setting includes plenty of beginner-friendly problems that are fun, well-thought-out, and encouraging without feeling boring. The community vibe is supportive, making it easy to climb at your own pace and ask questions without pressure. Overall, it’s a great gym to build confidence, learn proper technique, and enjoy bouldering from day one.
