This was my favorite thing we did on our vacation to Colorado Springs. We went to the parking area around 8:30-8:45 and got right on a shuttle. The walk up to the falls after getting dropped off by the shuttle was some of the most amazing scenery I've ever experienced. We are 56 year olds who do exercise regularly and we did fine with the steps up. Once up the steps, we thoroughly enjoyed the hiking. When we came back down there were a lot more people there so we recommend going early. We did not have to wait long for a return shuttle. Highly recommend this adventure!

Our first time seeing the beauty of this place. Be prepared to walk but the walk is full of breath taking views. Once you reach the falls you'll have a 224 step climb to to the top but it is well worth it when you get to the top. This is a must see in Colorado Springs. Well worth the $23 admission. We have an amazing day and some us forgettable memories.

I have seen pictures of the falls for years, and finally decided to visit. I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely beautiful park, well worth the price of admission. It is a tourist attraction, but you still have ‘real’ trails to hike, and can get some good exercise working your way up the stairs. I did not try out the restaurant, which looks good, nor did I try out the zip line attraction. Be prepared to walk a bit although you can hitch a ride with one of the golf carts which run up and down the road to ferry tired visitors.
