We love living here! It’s one of the most unique brick loft buildings in the West Loop. The character, charm, and updated finishes of the space are hard to find, especially in such a prime location! The rooftop is our favorite, amazing city views and such a great spot to relax and grill out. The leasing team has been fantastic. Adam is always so helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile. Jimmie B from maintenance is the best, he’s quick to respond and always goes above and beyond for us.
It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one really does. We’re so lucky to call it home!!

I have lived at Gin Alley since moving to Chicago and have had nothing but great experiences since. Gina has been amazing in helping me find a one bedroom and answering any questions I’ve had, and the entire management team and maintenance team have always been wonderful to me! Couldn’t have more nice things to say about the whole staff and the apartments are by far the most spacious I had seen in the city – location is amazing as well.

Living at The Lofts at Gin Alley has been an amazing experience—the apartments are beautiful, with high ceilings, modern finishes, and a perfect mix of industrial charm and comfort. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the West Loop.
