We’ve taken classes before at The Chopping Block but this is the first time we’ve done the Thanksgiving Bootcamp! Such a wonderful way to spend a Saturday! Wonderful hands-on instruction on an incredible menu. Our instructors were tremendous (and very patient)… would highly recommend as a date or a group activity! Plenty of food to bring home too…

I just finished Culinary Bootcamp I at The Chopping Block, and I’m honestly so glad I signed up. The entire week was hands-on, well-paced, and packed with skills I’ll actually use. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and great at breaking things down in a way that made everything click. I walked in feeling unsure about a lot of techniques and left feeling genuinely confident in the kitchen.

Lisa, the owner, clearly puts a lot of thought into how this place runs. The class flowed smoothly every day, the space is beautiful and well-organized, and the quality of ingredients and instruction is consistently high. You can tell she really cares about creating a great learning environment.

I had such a great time that I’m already looking at future classes. If you’re thinking about taking the bootcamp—do it. It’s absolutely worth it.

I am not sure where to begin singing praises for Culinary Boot Camp I. I learned so much from every Chef and CA and cooked alongside an amazing group of people from around the country. The classes were so well organized and so much fun. I’ll wrap up by saying that this past year, I was finally able to retire and I treated myself to 3 trips: European Christmas Markets tour, Amalfi Coast, and The Chopping Block. And Culinary Boot Camp was my favorite, hands down!
