Great location. great customer service. The front desk manager who checked us out was awesome. The rooms are a bit dated. To use the power plugs that was part of the lamp, I had to elevate the edge of the lamp by sticking something into the edge of it. There was some water damage to the walls that should be addressed. The water pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. Just a bit dated and slightly run down.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was spacious. There was a full length mirror. The linen and pillows were soft. The mattresses were very comfortable. We had bath robes in the room. That was my favorite touch to the rooms. The hallways were always clean. The bar next to the lobby was cute. Now the most helpful person there was Manuel. He worked evening shift. He pointed us to the local bars and resturants. He also told us what clubs to go to. He always asked us how our day was going and if there was something he could do for us. He even walked us to a hidden speakeasy our first. I feel like he was the best part of the hotel. The valet gentlemen were also helpful and friendly. Our car came to us in a timely manner. I am so grateful this was the hotel chosen. The location was perfect. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. This hotel made our experience one of a kind.

The hotel is centrally located and is overall nice, the rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. . My room had no toilet paper – none. The restaurant doesn’t answer the phone so in room dining is a challenge. There were no menus us in the room and the TV doesn’t offer the option to order or view menus. The staff were very nice and helpful.
