Living at The Clubhouse is an incredible experience! The property manager is a joy to work with and continually makes sure residents are comfortable and satisfied with their living experience. The maintenance team is stellar and is quick to respond to any requests.

I could not recommend this property enough. Beautiful and spacious interior, outdoor running/biking trails, and a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. I am so happy I chose The Clubhouse when moving to the Augusta, GA/North Augusta, SC area.

Esbelle made the move in process as seamless as possible! She took time to set up a zoom call with my wife and I so we could see the place since we were moving from Texas and couldn’t physically be there. She’s definitely one of the best parts of living here. We have been in our apartment for a little over a week now, and we absolutely love it! Watching ball games from our balcony is a lot of fun, the views of the river are incredible, and everyone has been great. I’m also happy that everything is so dog friendly both at the apartment and everything else that’s close by!

The only criticism I have is the water pressure in the showers is terrible… I’ll be looking to fix that soon.
