I had the opportunity to dine at The Copper Room, celebrating an anniversary, and it was fantastic!

The restaurant is next to the airport so if you're flying in, it's super convenient.

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the host, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. She led us to our booth and we started to look around the environment and it immediately felt like a time capsule back to the 70s. The interior design was super old school, groovy, and homey.

Onto the menu, we ordered the artichoke dip, which was delicious (make sure you mix it well), the fried rice (very flavorful), and the steak (which had a very smokey and grilled flavor, cooked to perfect medium).

For our drinks and dessert, we got a Sicilian soda, The Sky High (an NA drink that tasted nostalgic and like bourbon), and a Miso Carmel Cheesecake. The cheesecake was good and thick but the next time I go, I'd try their br ad pudding.

Overall, this was a great experience. The host and server were very helpful and kind, the food was delicious and filling, and the environment was perfect. Shout-out to their music as well, it was beautifully curated to the restaurant ambiance.

10/10 must visit! Fantastic service, stories, cocktails and more from John. You really made our night. The chef in the kitchen also really knows what he/she is doing. For everyone deciding if he should go there: do it! The cocktails are incredibly high quality and made with home made ingredients with lots of love. The atmosphere is amazing. Really cool spot. Waitress was super friendly. Burger was good and fresh but would have liked it just slightly larger and with a bit more flavor of the meat. Toppings solid. The view at the bar is crazy! The lemon drink was tasty.
