Absolutely fantastic little gem of a pub. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Great menu, food was absolutely delicious, the pasta with mussels was possibly the best pasta we’ve ever eaten and a gorgeous trio of partridge too! We sat in the cute little snug with the fire glowing and pretty Christmas lights. What a lovely place. Definitely worth a visit if you’re coming to Hastings old town.

I had the gigli pasta with mussels in white wine, shallot, garlic and parsley sauce, it was delicious. The girl at the bar said that the menu is constantly updated, she was very kind. I liked how the place is decorated. The price was reasonable. Thank you for the good service.

Cannot recommend The Crown highly enough! Having had great experiences there before – I booked a table for 25 people for my Dad's 70th birthday celebrations and we were blown away by the experience. We were SO well looked after – the staff couldn't do enough for us, from support with the organisation, to amazing service on the day itself. The team were all so accommodating, food was delicious and the selection of drinks kept our party going into the evening! Thank you so much for having us and for an amazing time. If you're looking for a very special venue for a special occasion then I would highly recommend The Crown 👑 ✨
