I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve and Sebastian on a freight pick up at the location on Washington st. in Denver. To put it simply they provided customer service with a capitol "C" Keep in mind that I had driven from Pueblo to pick up a vehicle lift from that location. The supplier, "Equipment Outfitters", told me no contact info was available at the pick up location, so I couldn't call ahead before driving to Denver. Upon arrival there was no lift available. The company had oversold the product and the one that had been there had been sent out with another freight carrier before my arrival that morning. Long story short, they got on the phone with Equipment Outfitters and got me a free upgrade to another acceptable model which was in the warehouse. They went well above beyond the call of duty in my opinion to help resolve this issue to my satisfaction. Especially pleasing, considering the times we live in. I've been in the general contracting business business 47 years and I know good work when I see it. These men are exceptional

These folks really know what they’re doing! They get you in and out quickly and they are fair on the prices for Cross-Docking and Storage. The location is very convenient and easy to access. Great group of folks!
