Wonderful hotel. All of the staff go out of their way to make sure you are well served. Booked a Grand Premier King and it was a lovely room, very spacious and comfortable. My wife visited the spa and enjoyed a great massage. Self-parking is very convenient and secure. Will definitely stay here again. Only comment is avoid Lemaire Restaurant. Room service has the same menu and you don't have to deal with pretentious waiters who think they are doing you a service by deigning to wait on you. They have relatively inexpensive bottles of wine in the gift shop, much cheaper than the room service menu.

Went here for our anniversary. Food was delicious and the architecture was mind blowing.
The only let down was they failed to make the dessert anniversary special even though they had confirmed when my husband requested during reservation as a surprise for me (and I had also asked) The host had said they were remodeling which was why they couldn’t deliver on the request 🤷♀️. Was disappointing but they made up with a plaque of some sort.
Besides that, it was an enjoyable experience.
Servers were pleasant and even guests were warm and friendly.

We did not stay here, however we attended the Chocolate Lovers Tea on a Saturday and it was truly relaxing, calm environment. Waitress was amazing and other guest attending tea were very friendly! They also have tea/hot chocolate for the little ones. Food and desserts were 10/10!
