My brother and sister-in-law had their wedding and reception at the Valentine Museum. The Valentine staff, including Heather, James and many others were so professional and kind! The venue is peaceful and such a wonderful backdrop for an amazing event.

A small place in terms of size yet this it has plenty to offer for learning about Richmond's past and present.

Was there for a free concert in the garden by Virginia Opera. Music and atmosphere was great. Found out that the museum admission is also free on Thursdays! Got to poke around the photo gallery and costume display downstairs. Will definitely be back to see the things I missed upstairs.
