I've been cheering for a rebirth of the comedy scene in Seattle, ever since the classics like the Parlor in Bellevue and the Underground in Seattle closed. We have a few other options which I patronize but they're all dated and rarely pulling in name talent.
The newly refreshed and updated Emerald City seems determined to take the crown. The space and sound system are now quite nice and the food is surprisingly good. There are your expected items like burgers but also many healthy options like hummus and fresh salads.
Service was good as well!

Highly recommend! I’ve been to a few comedy clubs in my life, but the staff and management at this location were incredible. They went out of their way to help me on my birthday and I am eternally grateful! Sending extra love and light and abundance to the server that was serving 707 last night. I am so sorry I didn’t get her name! I didn’t end up sitting at her table but she went above and beyond for me. Great service, great drinks, great food, and great laughs. My husband and I will 100% be coming back! Thank you!

Went for the first time to see Tim Meadows. I love the location of this club & appreciate them having great comedians. The location is right by the 1 line station. I read the reviews & was a bit concerned, but I think it is a great place! All of the employees were very friendly & the host asked if we had been there. When we said no, he told us all of the details. We arrived closer to the start time, so we sat in the back. The only issue there was if you are behind tall people (as we were) at the lower table, it was a bit hard to see. I had a clear view, but my partner had to move a bit to get a good view. The club feels really new & nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience & we will definitely return!
