The Colonnade Hotel is absolutely a premier destination for a stay in Boston’s historic back bay! My wife and I had our wedding here on a holiday weekend and the staff from beginning to end treated us like absolute royalty!! They were so polite and professional, the facility was clean and fancy, good food, drinks and views, we cannot recommend the Colonnade Hotel enough! More specifically, as a wedding venue, we think it is a hidden gem in Boston with a spectacular ballroom!! Make sure to ask for Geena M. when inquiring about your wedding! 😁

I had a wonderful experience at The Colonnade in Back Bay, Boston. The location is incredible—close to everything yet peaceful and comfortable. What made my stay truly exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Alexander went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really set the tone for a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boston!

We had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the Colonnade! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Alexandre was especially helpful upon check out. The rooms are nice and clean, albeit the bathroom was a bit small and the ventilation lacking. The food and drinks at the attached restaurant were good and the room service was speedy. The location is fabulous and there is a train station just steps outside the lobby. We liked that there was convenient covered parking attached to the hotel with the ability to go in-and-out, however the price at $70 night a bit steep. My only comment is that the $30/night “resort fee” is deceptive and doesn’t add any value if you are staying here during the off season when the pool is closed. That being said, our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely choose the Colonnade again for future trips to Boston.
