I moved in the month of February. I love downtown and The Cambridge Arms. Carrie is on top of the game with care for her residents. I would recommend the Evansville Lofts to anyone.
My views are awesome as well being one block off the river.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Evansville Lofts!! From inquiring and applying to signing my lease, moving in, and fully living in the building, everything has been a breeze. My maintenance requests are regularly completed on the same day. Def can’t say that for all of the other places I’ve lived… lol. The properties are all beautiful and the Evansville Lofts team is SUPER responsive and personable (shout out Carrie!). I’d recommend their apartments to anyone looking for a positive experience and a high-quality place to live in downtown Evansville.

Great place to live ! Carrie the manager is always very nice and helpful, And the maintenance team is always happy to help you. The building is absolutely beautiful and has amazing features. The move in process was as easy and fast as could possibly be!
