Updated UPDATE: October 2025
One more time their promises are short lived, problems again and no help from our Host(s) Palms no longer respecting the customer yet again.
They said our issue would not happen again and they are like my Children with selective memories.
I am sorry but this may be our last group trip to Palms and will frequent MGM on the strip and their no smoking customer oriented atmosphere seems more inviting.
This time Elaine said they simply do not want our business anymore, nothing she can do, a management thing.
Sorry Palms, you were great during the “ Vote for us as #1 “ campaign but now that that’s finished….
Ignore this ::: UPDATE: extremely surprised and pleased.
Elaine, our host at Palms, really went to bat for us with management. She is by far the real reason we keep playing at the Palms. Most of you know how hard it is to have a great host, and this one is the one you want in your corner. She does what she can do within reason, but she’s usually awake and answers my phone calls more than any other host I’ve had on the strip.
Thank you Elaine for all you do for us. She is a real asset to the Palms family.
I am very pleased that Palms Casino paid attention to their reviews, and they took all of our issues to heart so QUICKLY!
Not many casinos actually LISTEN to their customer base and make drastic changes when required, including apologies around.
I’m extremely surprised at this response, but it just shows that this is why Palms Casino is rated number one in Las Vegas.
Thanks for being a true customer friendly casino and I’ll be sure to let everyone know why they should play at Palms Casino.
Old Review… September 2025
Playing at the Palms tables WAS a great experience now NOT so much. They recently went to individual tips and the dealers are great but the back staff are just horrible on second and third shift. First shift people know how to take care of customers, second shift is marginal and third shift is beyond unreasonable. Simple request like scorecard, friendly banter and things seem to be a bothersome for them, simple requests or attention when the dealers need them so much so that they’re not able to do their job or help you or their teammates out.
I’m not sure what changed in the last 30 days but a bunch of new dealers people that are not trained and lots of mistakes frustrating to say the least.
Their promotions are great. Their restaurants are good. Just be prepared if you’re playing table games to be disappointed.
Slot machines are slot machines and some loose and some win but when you’re doing a people business, I think you should listen to your customers at this point.
We go for entertainment if we win or lose, we don’t care, but I certainly don’t want to feel like I’m going to work and dealing with a Boss that just doesn’t care and gives you the cold shoulder like it’s bothersome for them to even be at work.
