Everyone and everything was perfect. Front desk folks were friendly , helpful excellent. Valet and doormen were above and beyond. Room clean and beautiful. Bed and baths – awesome. I did not want to leave. Food was awesome. Room service awesome. And having a Starbucks right there for coffee. The best.
I will never stay anywhere else when in Pittsburgh. Staff went above and beyond to make our visit and accommodations excellent in every way. I would give them a top rating in every way!!! Location too is just awesome!!

Great stay- beds were very comfortable & bathroom has a real bathtub, which I appreciate. I also like their trash cans in the rooms are divided for recycling – wish that was more standard everywhere!
The restaurant ("Floor 2") is also very nice, had excellent options. We had breakfast, dinner & drinks – everything was delightful.
Definitely would return if I was downtown Pittsburgh again!

We came to the Fairmont for a spa service and day pass to the spa facilities. The spaces were immaculate. The refreshment section was well-stocked and versatile. Most importantly, the staff was some of the most kind, welcoming, accommodating in the industry. Specifically, assistant manager Chloe was beyond helpful. She squeeze us in with last minute appointments on our wedding anniversary and truly made our day. Thank you to the Team at the Fairmont Pittsburgh Spa.
