My girls and I had a wonderful night out at The Fontaine. Lake at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet when we arrived in the lobby. Our encounter set the tone for the rest of our stay. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The drinks at the bar were top tier and the food was great. I recommend everyone try this place out, whether it be for a staycation or just a fun, elegant night out on the town. We will definitely be back.

I came here for a small work conference. First time ever visiting Kansas City and when I return for pleasure I will look into staying here again. I would consider this a boutique hotel- it does not feel like a predictable chain, but is definitely a full service professional place to stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was unique, spacious and comfortable with all the standard amenities. Overall great stay, no complaints.

The experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff at this hotel are wonderful! They deserve 10 stars. Tashae, Tamara and Ashlyn at the front desk are very helpful, professional and super sweet. Joey at the bar has phenomenal energy. Leo worked service for our meeting and he went above and beyond to help us with any needs we had!!! There was a very sweet girl working in the coffee shop with long dark hair who makes the best Caramel Lattes !!! Absolutely top tier service, wonderful people!!! I was beyond impressed by the friendliness of all staff. The hotel was super clean, superb amenities and my overall experience was great!!!!!!
