Review: The Velvet Underground Show

If you’re looking for a night that’s way more exciting than your typical dinner and a movie, you need to check out The Velvet Underground Show. I went expecting something cool — but what I got was absolutely next-level.

Right from the start, the energy in the room was electric. The vibe is a modern twist on a glamorous speakeasy, but this isn’t just about sipping cocktails and listening to jazz in the background. This show pulls you right into the heart of the action — performers are everywhere around you, and it’s impossible to look away.

And let’s talk about the fire acts — wow. They’ve seriously turned up the heat this year, literally and figuratively. My daughter's Pre-K Program decided to make this the place where they hosted her family dance. It was really nice inside. My only issue was that it was soooooo hot in there with only one fan. I mean it's originally a glass factory, I just don't think it was a great place to host a kids dance. I don't quite like the area that it is in either. Maybe I'm just being a little too picky but my other older kids did not feel comfortable in the area. The parking was pretty crowded as well. Other than that, it was fun for my Pre-K student.

We just had our wedding here this past weekend and I am obsessed with the space still. It was a little hot, but it’s a giant warehouse venue in Florida, we were drinking and dancing and it was 75 outside, so honestly, that was expected.

The owners were so nice and accommodating to our vendors and answered anything we needed. Thank you!
