What an memorable stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte! We came to town as our son had a soccer game at Davidson College and our 25th Anniversry is coming up, so we wanted to stay somewhere special and this place did not disappoint. We had a bit of a hiccup on day 1 (nothing super crazy), but the management team did not even hesistate to make sure we were happy. As we were having an amazing dinner at Mico, with our server Mirtha (she made very good food even more enjoyable for the entire meal with her personality and the conversation), the restaraunt manager, Nico, came over to say hello. He was also a joy to talk with. In passing, I mentioned what had happened earlier that day to him, and within 5 minutes I received a call from the food & beverage manager at the hotel apologizing for what had happened. Again, it truly wasnt a big deal, but they went above & beyond and insisted that my wife and I receive two complimentary treatments at the Poseidon Spa. We were welcomed at the spa by Bonnie, the Spa Director, who was also amazing and made sure that everything was taken care of during our visit. Tonya gave me an amazing massage while my wife had a facial. I can't say enough about the customer experience all of these folks provided us! We will certainly return to this and other Grand Bohemian properties. The hotel and the room were also top notch. Thank you!

The service is the real standout. Every member of the staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful, creating a stress-free and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, but the true highlight is the luxury bath and shower setup—seriously, you must try it! It made winding down after a long day feel like a spa treatment.

The amenities cater to everyone. I found a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa, a lovely lounge, and a fantastic bar and restaurant. As an added bonus for coffee lovers, there is direct access to Starbucks right from the hotel.

This is a phenomenal choice for families, groups of friends, or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

This property is stunning in so many facets. I’ve been to several Grand Bohemians and this one is probably the coolest to me. It’s chic, upscale, vibrant and unique decor has you gazing at so many things.
They have a restaurant on the main floor and rooftop bar on the top along with a spacious gym and executive lounge. The lounge itself is amazing, a lot of seating, snacks and beverages that they keep stocked. All the staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hi and using your name which I thought is a great touch. I was able to visit the restaurants and returned frequently on my work trip. My room was clean, comfy and cool as well as the bathroom. I will definitely be staying here again!
