Came for our annual Christmas party on 13th December 2025. Couldnt rate highly enough. Excellent service, food delicious and hot considering the size of the amout of tables to be served and the amount of people. Everyone was served at the same time, no one had to wait for their food, everyones food was correct and piping hot. Good portions and delicious. Excellent entertainment and a good time had by all. Definately reccommend for your Christmas function.

This beautiful property in Hereford is just five minutes from the Cathedral, where you can see the Mappa Mundi. We enjoyed a few delicious cocktails at the bar and highly recommend it. The spacious and comfortable room was a bonus but it was inconveniently located near a nightclub on Saturday night. While I understand it wasn’t our fault, it was a bit of a hassle. My only other issue was that since we booked a three-night stay we expected shower gel every day and kept forgetting to ask the reception to refill it.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town. Plenty of options to sit and have a drink and food. Our room was nice but the view out of the window was not so nice, looking at air conditioning, dirty walls and flat roof, if we were staying longer I would have asked to be moved. We enjoyed eating dinner in the restaurant, limited menu but enough choices. Breakfast had all the usual offerings, cereals, toast, pastries etc, cooked breakfast was OK, but the bacon looked like streaky and had either been there a long time or over cooked, there was also a lack of staff, one person doing everything, so waiting to be shown to a table took quite a long time and it did get very busy and eventually another member of staff did join us. There was limited car parking at the back of the hotel, we found the last of 2 spaces and then paid in the hotel, 2 nights cost £13.60 which we thought was very good, there were other car parks nearby but not sure of the charges. Very easy to walk to the shops and attractions and the river, the Cathedral was the most amazing place we have ever been to and was free with people there to give you lots of interesting information, another place worth a visit is the Black and White House, small but interesting.
