Felt very comfortable here at the end of November.
The room a great size twin quiet and clean thanks to Telma and the rest of the team from housekeeping, it was warm-very warm if you turn the radiator up to high!
The hotel was clean and as a bonus has a lift, a big shout out to Roberto and Eon for being very accommodating to us oldies.
Lovely conservatory where we spent time playing cards and watching the squirrels find their nuts in the good size garden.🪴
We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very good.
    Thank you very much.
    See you again for sure.
NB: If you don’t book directly with the hotels own website please be aware that as Bournemouth hotel parking is at a premium there is a fee to park, so I would advise to book directly with the hotel to save as the parking is included, (all subject to availability)

2nd stay this year and we'll be returning. This time booked directly which means saving the £10 parking fee.
Roberto and the team make great effort to ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. Both times we've had the lounge to ourselves in the evening when having a drink from the bar.
Always cozy and warm. Pool table for those that want to play.
Bedrooms are of good size with Tea / Coffee making facilities and a smart TV. Bathrooms are good and although this time it was a smaller shower, still clean and fine for us.
Breakfast cooked to order in quiter times but cereal, juice, fruit and toast to help yourself. Overlooking the garden with the squirrels running about is a lovely way to start the day.
Thank you. We'll be back again soon.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at The Grove and couldn't believe how lucky we were, the meet & greet by Roberto was 5* everything from check-in, our room, use of the lounges and the delicious breakfast and coffee, what a fabulous find which we highly recommend and we shall definitely return again
