Very well maintained business with helpful and friendly staff. Ian Munsick convert at the Hard Rock Live was fantastic.
Really liked the smaller venue size.
We played some slots after and there wasn't too many people so there wasn't much waiting unless you wanted one specific thing.

The casino atmosphere is very live and upbeat. The memorabilia throughout the casino is always fun to look at. Overall, the casino was a lot of fun. The weekends are pretty packed but not as bad during the week. There are plenty of slots to choose from and they have a nice gift shop with lots of merch. The slots seem to pay decent. If you’re traveling through town I would definitely recommend stopping!!

Hard Rock is a beautiful, well-kept property and I rarely leave negative reviews. Room was clean, check-in flawless, no complaints until check out. I thought I left my charger, so I went back to my room a few minutes BEFORE 11am (11am check-out). My room had already been cleaned and there was a worker that said a supervisor had to be present to let me in my room (before 11am). I asked why, he said because he already cleaned it. I honestly, felt violated. It was a paid for room until 11- my key still worked. As I walked back down to the elevator (at 11am- because now I'm checking the time again)- I realized it wasn't a perfect stay after all. EDIT: Hard Rock responded so quickly to my review- and that's a wonderful sign of caring about the customers. I'm changing my review to a 5. Great work.
